济宁地区HBV基因型分布及临床特点

目的了解济宁地区乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis Bvirus，HBV）基因型分布情况，研究不同HBV基因型感染者的临床特点。方法随机选择济宁地区HBV感染者共142例，其中无症状携带者（ASC）39例，慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）51例，乙型肝炎肝硬化（HIE）27例，原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）25例。应用实时荧光PCR试剂盒进行血清HBV基因分型测定。结果对HBV—DNA阳性的137例标拳进行HBV基因分型，其中B基因型35例（25．55％），C基因型98例（71．53％），B＋C混合基因型4例（2.92％），未检出非B非C型。ASC感染者中B型基因占多数，而其它三种感染者中以C型基因居多。结论济宁地区HBV基因型主要以C型为主，其次为B型。HBV基因C型与基因B型比较有显著不同的临床特点，在ASC感染者中基因C型的比例明显低于CHB、加Z及HCC患者。

Distribution of hepatitis B virus genetypes and its clinical characteristic in jining area

Objective To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus （HBV） genotypes in Jining area and explore its clinical relationship. Methods HBV infections were randomly selected in Jinan, of which 39 eases were asymptomatic HBV carriers, 51 cases of chronic hepatitis B, 27 cases of liver cirrhosis, 25 cases of primary liver cancer. Real - time PCR technology was used for determination of serum HBV genotyping. Results 137 cases were detected for HBV genotype, of which B genotype in 35 cases （25.55 % ）, C genotype 98 cases （71. 53 % ）, B ＋ C mixed genotype 4 patients （2.92%）. Conclusion Genotype C was the most prevalent in all patient categories in this area. The results indicate that genotype C is associated with the development of severe liver disease.
