血糖水平对白内障超声乳化手术影响的临床分析

目的探讨血糖水平对糖尿病并发白内障患者超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的影响。方法回顾性资料分析50例并发糖尿病的白内障手术患者,根据术前血糖分为两组,组1患者30人,血糖〈8.3mmol/L,平均（7.64±0.51）mmol/L;组2患者20人,血糖均〉8.3mmol/L,平均（11.24±0.60）mmol/L。观察术中、术后并发症并记录术后视力,随访3个月。结果术后1周及3个月视力≥0.5者,组1和组2分别为70%、57%;79%、66%。早期并发症I：OL表面色素、前房渗出膜形成、角膜水肿、瞳孔后粘连两组比较无显著性差异。结论 Phaco＋后房型IOL植入术是糖尿病白内障获得视力的重要手段,血糖浓度低于13.0mmol/L对手术效果无显著性影响。

Effect of blood sugar level on phacoemulsification

Objective To study blood sugar level on phacoemulsification in diabetics with cataract.Methods According to the different range of blood sugar level before the phacoemulsification,50 patients with DM were dividing into 2 groups.30 patients in group 1,with the blood sugar 〈8.3mmol/L,average（7.64±0.51）mmol/L;20 patients in group 2,with the 〈8.3mmol/L,average（11.24±0.60）mmol/L.The incident rate of complication were compared.Results The rate of vision ≥0.5 of group 1 and group 2 were respectively 70%,57%,79%,66%.There were no significant differences between the incident rate of complication after phacoemulsification.Conclusions Patients with higher sugar controlled,can undertake the phacoemulsification when the blood sugar around 13mmol/L without serious complications.
