| 摘 要： | 本研究综合考虑了影响白血病患者预后的内外因素,对410 例白血病患者的24个预后因素进行了单因素和多因素Cox 模型分析,筛选出9个对白血病预后有显著影响的因素,即年龄、发热、骨髓幼稚细胞百分比、化疗与否、疗程次数、疗效、首次出院时病情、住院次数及白血病分类,由此建立白血病患者的生存数学模型,并用相应的预测模型进行预测指数分析,其灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及可靠性均高于以往报道所用的逐步回归法建立数学模型的预后判断正确率。

| Abstract: | 24 prognostic factors of 410 leukemia patients were analyzed with single and multiple Cox model. The latest results showed that 9 factors were significantly contributing to leukemia, namely age, fever, the percent of marrow immature cell, chemotherapy or no chemotherapy treatment courses, therapeutic effects, general health status after first discharge from hospital, the tines of hospitalizations and types of leukemia. According to these analytic results, the survival mathmaticcal model of 410 leukemia patients was established. Its sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and reliability were all higher than those of other regression models reported previously. |
