彩色多普勒超声对于下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对于下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的诊断价值。方法回顾性地分析了56例下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症病例的二维超声图像及彩色多普勒血流显像改变,检测下肢动脉管壁、管径、内膜以及有无斑块、彩色血流变化、血流多普勒形态及性质。结果超声图像上表现为病变血管内中膜呈不规则增厚,局部可见斑块显示,其中12例合并管腔内径明显狭窄或闭塞。彩色多普勒显像显示血流束变细或无血流信号,脉冲多普勒显示为二相波形或单相波形或无多普勒频谱。结论彩色多普勒对于下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的诊断具有很高的灵敏性及准确性。
