慢性心力衰竭患者的心率变异性分析

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者的心率变异性特点及心功能损害程度与心率变异性的相关性.方法对69例慢性心力衰竭患者和52例健康对照者的心率变异性资料进行对比分析,比较不同程度心功能不全患者的心率变异性差异.结果心力衰竭组正常R-R间期总体标准差、相邻正常R-R间期差值的均方根、相邻正常R-R间期差值〉50 ms的窦性心搏占心搏总数的百分比、总功率、低频功率和高频功率低于健康对照组,低频与高频功率比值高于健康对照组（P〈0.01）.随着心功能受损程度加重,心力衰竭患者的心率变异性进一步减低,其中低频功率较敏感.结论检测心率变异性在心力衰竭患者中的变化可反映自主神经功能受损情况,同时为心力衰竭程度的预测和治疗提供有用的参考指标.

Analysis of heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the characteristics of heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with chronic heart failure and the correlation between severity of cardiac function damage and HRV.Methods The clinical data of HRV in 69 cases of chronic heart failure and 52 healthy controls were compared.The difference of HRV was compared in the different patients with different cardiac dysfunction.Results The levels of SDNN,rMSSD,PNN_ 50 ,TP,LF,and HF in heart failure patients were lower than those in healthy control,the ratio of LF and HF was higher in healthy control group (P<0.01).The lower HRV indicated the more severe heart failure.Conclusion The changes of HRV in heart failure patients can reflect auto nerve function damage and provide useful reference for the prediction and treatment of heart failure.
