| 摘 要： | 近年来自身免疫病相关性淋巴瘤的研究和报道越来越多，包括干燥综合征、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等多种自身免疫性疾病已经证实和淋巴瘤的发生存在相关性，而其他一些自身免疫性疾病则可能会增加发生淋巴瘤的危险性。文章从自身免疫病相关性淋巴瘤的特点、发病机制、治疗等方面作一介绍。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the reports and studies in autoimmune disease-related lymphoma are more and more.It has been demonstrated that there was a definite relationship between some autoimmune diseases and the incidence of lymphoma,including sj(o)gren syndrome,rheumatoid arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus,ect.While some autoimmune diseases may increase the incidence of lymphoma.In this paper,the characteristics,pathogenesis and treatment of autoimmune disease-related lymphoma are reviewed. |
