两种EDTA管在检测血常规指标上的差异性分析

目的通过对两种不同EDTA真空采血管进行比对分析,探讨添加了等渗体的EDTA真空采血管与无添加等渗体的EDTA真空采血管检测WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT等主要血常规指标是否具有可比性。方法在广州医学院第二附属医院住院病人中随机选取33个病人,空腹12小时抽取静脉血,分别置于等渗EDTA真空采血管与常规EDTA真空采血管,分别在采血1小时内与放置4小时在东亚XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测。结果等渗EDTA真空采血管与EDTA真空采血管检测WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT等指标未见明显差异,以常规EDTA真空采血管作为标准管,等渗体EDTA真空采血管作为比较管,WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、PLT等指标均达到临床可接受性能要求。结论临床上可以采用等渗体EDTA真空采血管代替常规EDTA真空采血管,应用于血常规项目检测。

A differential analysis for application of two kinds EDTAK2 tubes in hematology assay

Objective To discuss whether there is difference between hematology assay results of two kinds of blood Samples,which one was preserved in Vacuum EDTAK2 tube with iso-osmotic solution,the other was preserved in vacuum EDTAK2 tube without iso-osmotic solution tube.We used several items of hematology assay,such as WBC,RBC and Hb etc,to investigate the difference.Methods 33 in-patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College were choose randomly.The blood samples of these patients were collected in Vacuum EDTAK2 tube with iso-osmotic solution tube and vacuum EDTAK2 tube without iso-osmotic solution tube respectively.Then these blood samples were assayed by sysmex XE-2100 auto-hematology analyzer,repeated 4 hours later.Results no difference of assay results were detected between blood samples preserved in two different tubes.Conclusion Vacuum EDTAK2 tube with iso-osmotic solution can be used for blood routine test and as a substitute of the routine vacuum EDTAK2 tube without iso-osmotic solution.
