中医药综合治疗退行性膝关节病的临床观察

目的　观察中医药综合治疗退行性膝关节病的临床疗效。方法　将 6 0例退行性膝关节病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,各 30例 ,治疗组予内服复方补肾活血颗粒剂、外用五籽散药熨治疗 ,对照组予内服西药扶他林缓释片、局部予五籽散药熨等方法治疗。经治疗 3周后 ,对治疗前后膝关节功能进行评定。结果　治疗组优良率为 90 .0 % ,对照组优良率为 6 0 .0 % ,2组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　补肾活血中药内服兼通络止痛中药外用等综合方法是治疗退行性膝关节病的有效方法之一

Clinical observation of degenerative gonarthrosis treated by traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the effect of degenerative gonarthrosis treated by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 60 patients with degenerative gonarthrosis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=30) were treated by combination of Votalin and external application of Wuzisan. Patients in treatment group (n=30) were treated by Bushen Huoxue pellet combined with external application of Wuzisan. The effect was evaluated after three weeks in both groups on the basis of Japan Standard of Three Hospitals. Results Excellent rate in treatment group (90.0%) was higher than that in control group (60.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion Synthetical Therapy including TCM was one of the effective methods on degenerative gonarthrosis.
