| 摘 要： | 本文报告59例性分化异常症,其中性腺分化异常36例,男性假两性畸形13例。女性假两性畸形8例,其它2例。认为诊断主要依靠临床资料分析,结合必要的检查;剖腹探查适应证必须严格掌握;按生殖器表型先将各种性异常疾患区分开有利于鉴别诊断。本文强调性别的选择是治疗本症的决策。

| Abstract: | Here we report fifty-nine patients with abnormalities of sex differentiattion, including 36 patients with disorders of gonadal differentiation, 13 with male pseudohermaphrodism, 8 with female pseudohermaphrodism, and 2 with other abnormalities. The diagnosis should be established mainly by analysis of information in association with necessary examinations. Exploratory laparotomy must be strictly controlled. It is important in differential diagnosis to discriminate varied disorders of sex abnomality according to phenotype of reporductive organ. It is emphasized that sex choice should be considered as a strategic dicision for treatment of these disorders. |
