| 摘 要： | 经过3～57个月的远期观察,扶正降浊汤可有效地延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展速度,治疗前后1/Scr与疗程(月)直线回归斜率b有显著差异。使3年内进入终末期肾衰的危险性降低46.15％。同时可明显改善营养状况,白蛋白显著上升,A/G比值趋于合理,甘油三酯显著下降,高密度脂蛋白显著上升,并可明显降低血磷。提示本方在蛋白质、脂质及钙磷代谢等方面的有益调节是其延缓肾衰进展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Long - term observation for 3 - 57 months revealed that Fuzhengjiangzhuo Decoction, can effectively delay the developmental process of CRF, with a significant difference of 1/Scr and therapeutic process (month) linear regression oblique rate b before and after the treatment. It decreased 46. 15% of the rate of threatening of terminal renal failure within 3 years, and markedly improved the nutritional condition at the same time, marked increase of albumin, proper A/G ratio, decrease of triglyceride, marked increase of high density lipoprotein and marked decrease of blood phosphorus, indicating that the important approach of the decoction may lie on its useful regulation :on the metabolism of protein, lipids and calcium -phosphorus. |
