| 摘 要： | 目的 以人IL-2片段与植物毒素Luffin P1重组获得的免疫毒素hIL-2-Luffin P1,观察它对大鼠肾移植排斥反应的抑制作用.方法 采用同种异体大鼠肾移植模型,观察hIL-2-Luffin P1对移植物存活的影响,以及移植物的组织病理学观察.结果 hIL-2-Luffin P1组大鼠存活时间延长(13.86±2.11)d,与对照组比较相差显著(P＜0.01);而Luffin P1处理组与对照组相比无明显差异.同时,病理结果显示对照组移植肾单位结构破坏,淋巴细胞浸润明显,而在同一时间hIL-2-Luffin P1处理组大鼠的移植肾脏病理变化较轻;T淋巴细胞亚群检测显示经hIL-2-Luffin P1处理后,受体外周血T细胞的活化程度降低.结论 hIL-2-Luffin P1能够抑制免疫排斥反应,延长移植物存活时间.
