| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察倍他乐克在慢性心力衰竭 (CHF)治疗中的初期反应。方法 :将 15 3例CHF患者分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组常规治疗相同 ,治疗组加用倍他乐克口服 ,疗程 4周 :比较两组治疗后临床症状、体征、心功能及心电图变化 ,观察倍他乐克治疗初期的反应。结果 :治疗组和对照组的临床症状和体征改善的有效率分别为 86 %和 88% ,两组比较无显著差异性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :在CHF治疗中使用小剂量倍他乐克治疗初期不良反应较小

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to study the early effects of chronic heart failure(CHF) treated with metoprolol. Method: 153 patients with chronic heart failure were assigned to two groups The treatment group received normal treatment with metoprolol for 4 weeks .The control patients received normal treatment with placebo.The clinical signs symptoms cardiac functions and electrocardiography of the two groups were analyzed. Result: The efficiently roles in the treated group and control group were 86% and 88% respectively. There is no significant difference between two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: Metoprolol has little side effects on chronic heart failure in the early phase of treatment. |
