体部伽玛刀治疗恶性肿瘤110例近期报告

目的:探讨体部伽玛刀治疗恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法:应用OUR-QGD立体定向伽玛射线全身治疗系统治疗胸部、腹部及盆腔的恶性肿瘤110例。根据PQ 5000型螺旋CT薄层扫描图像,在γ-TPS治疗系统上进行三维图像重建,制定适合的治疗计划。用50%~90%等剂量曲线覆盖靶区(PTV),单次周边剂量3 G y~6 G y,总剂量45G y~60 G y。结果:伽玛刀治疗后3个月评价近期疗效,有107例获得随访,102例获得影像学复查。其中CR 51.9%(53/102),PR 39.2%(40/102),NC 6.8%(7/102),PD 1.9%(2/102),总有效率91.1%。结论:体部伽玛刀治疗恶性肿瘤的近期疗效确切。

The Recent Report of 110 Cases of Tumor Treated with Whole Body Gamma Knife Therapy

Objective To discuss the recent efficiency of the maiignant tumor by whole body γ-Knife OUR-QGD.Methods 110 patients with chest、abdominal、pelvic cavity tumor were treated in the totle.The tumor was 3D-reconstruction and displayed after the pictures scanned by PQ5000 spiral CT were transferred to the γ-TPS,then the suitable treating plan was made out.The targets were covered with 50%~90% isodose curve and radiated with 3 Gy~6 Gy surrounding dose per time,the totle dose is 45 Gy~60 Gy.Results Three months later after treatment,in the 102 cases of follow up check,CR 51.9% PR 39.2%NC 6.8%PD 1.9%.The regional control rate(CR+PR)91.1%.Conclusion Gamma Knife is effective way in treatment of maiignant tumor.
