应用依达拉奉结合早期多层螺旋CT血管造影诊治自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床研究

目的评价应用依达拉奉治疗及早期多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)病因诊断的价值。方法38例SAH患者早期行MSCTA检查,均经CT平扫及腰穿明确诊断,并早期应用依达拉奉,与36例未应用依达拉奉及时行MSCTA检查的SAH患者作回顾性分析对比,观察临床疗效。结果两组在意识障碍恢复时间、脑血管痉挛发生率、死亡率方面差异均有统计学意义。结论应用依达拉奉及及时行MSCTA检查的患者组的疗效明显优于未及时行MSCTA检查患者。

The clinical study on the Edaravone and the value of multislice spiral Ctangiography in the diagnosis and treatment of Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hhemorrhage

Objective: To evaluate the effects of early treatment with Edaravone and the value of multislice spiral CT angiography(MSCTA) in the etiological diagnosis of Spontaneous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage(SAH).Methods: MSCTA were performed in the early period in 38 patients suspected of having SAH,and CT method and lumbar puncture were used to confirm the diagnosis in every case.They were compared with 36 patients without the use of Edaravone and performed MSCTA in the early period.Results: Subarachnoid Hemorrhage patients treated with Edaravone and perfomed MSCTA in the early period had lower cerebrovasalor spasm,recurrence of hemorrhage,dead rate and easiness of recovery from disorders.Coclusion: The curative effect of early treatment with Edaravone and timely MSCTA inspection is better than that without MSCTA inspection in time.
