| 摘 要： | 目的：研究退热灵口服液的解热抗炎作用。方法：给小鼠左耳涂二甲苯，大鼠足后足趾注射角义莱胶，分别计算其抑制率，肿胀率。结果：退热灵口服液大剂量组效果显著，与蒸馏水对照组比较有明显差异优于阿斯匹林组。结论：退热灵口服液对小鼠耳廓、大鼠足趾肿胀，致热家兔有明显的抗炎，解热作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Antipyretic Oral Application on antipyrertic function and anti inflammation. Methods:Apply dimethyl benzene on the left ear of small rats and inject cross vegetable glue into the back toe of big rats. Work out their inhibition rate and turgidity rate separately. Results:The Antipyretic Oral Application group has magnificant medical effect. It has clear difference compared with the distilled water control group, and better than the aspirin group. Conclusion:The Antipyretic Oral Application has obvious anti inflammation and antipyretic effect on the turgidity of the aurical of small rats and the toe of big rats, and on a pyrogenic rabbit. |
