社区养老与家庭养老影响老年人生活质量的比较分析

目的 研究社区养老与家庭养老对老年人生活质量的影响。方法 抽取社区养老院或敬老院中70岁以上、自筹费用的老人220名(研究组)；再随机抽取70岁以上．不与子女居住的家庭养老的老人220名(对照组)。两组均采用《生活质量综合评定问卷》评价其生活质量。结果 在躯体功能方面两组相比无显著性差异．但研究组在心理功能、社会功能方面均显著优于对照组．物质生活条件则差于对照组。结论 从生活质量的总体看，研究组在心理功能、社会功能方面优于对照组。

Comparative analysis on the influence of the qualities of life between aged living in community and in home

Objective To study the influence on the qualities of life of the aged who live in the community or home.Method To select 220 elder people who are above 70 ages and live in the community house of respect for the aged and spend their own money(study group);To select 220 elder people who are above 70 ages and live in home without the accompanion of their descendents(control group);To evaluate two groups qualities of life by using the gQOLI test.Results There is no significant difference between two group in the physical function,but in the psychological and social function the former is obviously better than the latter,and in the living condition the former is worse than the latter.Conclusion In the view of the qualities of life,the psychological function and social function of the study group is much better than the control group.
