| 摘 要： | 目的：了解合理情绪治疗在麻风患治疗中所起的作用。方法：以合理情绪治疗的方法，对麻风患42例进行治疗。利用QOLQ-74(生活质量问卷)作为研究工具对合理情绪治疗的方法进行评价。结果：经过合理情绪治疗，麻风患在社会功能，心理功能方面有明显改善，自杀倾向明显降低。结论：合理情绪治疗作为一种心理治疗的方法，值得在麻风患治疗中推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of psychotherapy in leprosy patients. Methods:Rational-Emotive therapy(RET) was used in treatment of 42 cases with leprosy; Questionaire QOLQ-74 was used to appraise the effect of RET. Results:After treated by RET, the cases were changed much in social function, psychological function and their suicide inclination was significantly decreased. Conclusion:As a method of psychotherapy, RET can be widely used in treatment of leprosy. |
