针刺百会、内关穴治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效观察

目的:观察针刺百会、内关穴治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的血管性痴呆患者244例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用针刺百会及双侧内关穴,每天1次,20天为1疗程。分别于治疗前后按HDS-R评分进行4级智力评判。结果:治疗组总有效率87.9%,对照组总有效率52.5%,提示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺百会、内关穴可明显改善VD患者的认知功能,且方法简单易行,值得推广应用。

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Application at Baihui Point and Neiguan Point for the Treatment of Vascular Dementia

Objective:To observe the effect of Acupuncture Application at Baihui Point and Neiguan Point for the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods: A total of 244 VD patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture at Baihui Point and Neiguan Point once per day on the basis of routine methods for 20 days.The control group was treated by routine methods for 20 days.Before and after the treatment,all the patients in both groups were evaluated the intelligence by HDS-R and divided into 4 grades.Results: The total effective rate of control group was 52.5%,while the total effective rate of treatment group was 87.9%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).It indicated that the results of the treatment group were better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Acupuncture at Baihui Point and Neiguan Point is a very effective way to improve the cognitivity of VD patients.It is simple and inexpensive,and can be widely applied into practice.
