摘    要:沙棘总黄酮(TFH)是沙棘的有效成分。能增强小鼠特异免疫功能,增加小鼠脾细胞分泌溶血素的能力。提高正常小鼠血清溶血素和血凝素抗体水平,并且能部分对抗免疫抑制导致免疫功能低下,对血清 IgG 及脾指数具有直接增强作用,结果表明沙棘总黄酮对体液免疫有促进作用。

Abstract:TFH is an effective chemical component of the fruit of Hippophace Rhamnoides L.The effects of TFH on the humoral immune rspone weree investigated.The results showed that intraperitoneal adminstration of TFH at the dose of 1ml/kg/d for 8 days not only remarkably increased the production of serum hemolysin and agglutinin in normal mice but also significantly prevented the reduction on mice induced by a sub- cutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide 100mg/kg,Adminstration of TFH at the dose of 2,5ml/kg/d for 6 days increased the spleen-producted hemolysin,spleen index and content of serum IgG in normal mice.It is conluded that TFH possesses humarol (?)mm- unoenhancing functions.
