| 摘 要： | 目的 观察敏脱乐对小鼠吞噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,初步探讨其治疗过敏性皮肤病的作用机制.方法 按高、中、低剂量组分别灌服相应浓度的敏脱乐煎剂后每鼠经尾静脉注射印度墨汁,测定小鼠对碳粒的廓清速率,计算免疫器官重量指数.结果 该方能明显增强小鼠静脉碳粒的廓清速率.结论 敏脱乐能增强吞噬细胞吞噬功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Mintuole on phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial cell and investigate into the mechanism of Mintuole in the treatment of allergic dermatopathy.Methods The clearance of charcoal partial and the weight of immune organs were determined after the mice were fed with big, moderate and small dosage of Mintuole.Results The results showed that Mintuole could significantly increase the index of phagocytosis of reticular endothelial system.Conclusion Mintuole could enhance phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial cell. |
