| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨舒适护理模式在多导睡眠图监测过程中的临床效果.方法 将舒适护理运用于46例19～82岁行多导睡眠图监测的患者,结束后填写舒适度及满意度调查表.结果 46例患者均完成了整个检查,舒适度及满意度表分数在98%～100%,平均99%以上.结论 对行PSG患者实施舒适护理,不仅促进了患者的舒适感,而且提高了检查的成功率和准确性,为诊断睡眠呼吸暂停综合征提供了金标准.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing during polysomnography. Methods Comfortable nursing was applied in 46 patients who were monitored by polysomnography. The questionnaire of satisfaction and comfort was filled in after the monitoring was finished. Retmlts All the patients were completed the whole examinations. The scores of satisfaction and comfort were 98% - 100%. Conclusion The comfortable nursing in patients who were monitored by polysoamography not only promote the level of comfort but also increase the ratio of achievement and accurate of polysomnography. |
