摘    要:【目的】探讨多层螺旋CT三维成像技术对于复杂颌面部骨折的临床应用价值。【方法】对20例颌面部复杂外伤患者进行多层螺旋CT薄层扫描和三维重建成像。【结果】多层螺旋CT三维成像能够立体地显示骨折的部位、形态,骨折块移位特点和类型等空间信息。【结论】多层螺旋CT三维成像对于显示复杂颌面部骨折的空间关系具有重要的诊断价值,能有效地指导临床治疗。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the clinical application of multislice spiral CT in complex maxillofacial fractures, using a 3D-reconstruction method. Methods] A total of 20 cases of complicated maxillofacial fracture were examined with multishce spiral CT scan. The raw data were used to perform reconstruction with a 3D-reconstruction method. Results] The spatial location and the type of position, morphology and the displacement of the fractured bone could be stereoscopi- cally revealed by multislice spiral CT, using a 3D-reconstruction method. Conclusions] Multishce spiral CT 3D imaging can reveal the spatial relationship in cases of complex maxillofacial fracture. And it has important value in clinical diagnosis and may be helpful for the clinical management
