心房颤动是心脏术后最常见的并发症之一。随着近年来心脏外科手术患者的高龄化及危险因素的增高，术后心房颤动的发生率在上升，据报道心房颤动发生率在冠状动脉旁路移植术后可高达30%，冠状动脉旁路移植联合瓣膜术为60%。心房颤动的发生通常会延长住院时间，并有发生栓塞的危险。因此有必要对这一围手术期的并发症给予更多的关注，了解其发生机制、危险因素及预防措施，以减少此并发症的发生。

Mechanisms, Risks and Prophylaxis of Postoperative Atrial Fibrillation after Cardiac Surgery

Atrial fibrillation is one of the most frequent complications of cardiac surgery. In recent years the increasing number of patients who are higher-risk patients coupled with advancing age, appears to be related to the increasing frequency of this arrhythmia. The reported rates for postoperative atrial fibrillation range from 〉 30% for patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） surgery to nearly 60% for patients having combined CABG and mitral valve surgery. Postoperative atrial fibrillation can prolong hospitalization and lead to thromboembolism. More attention should be paid to this perioperative complication, to understand its mechanisms, risks and prophylaxis to prevent the occurrence of postoperative atrial fibrillation.
