| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨survivin和bax基因在白毛藤总苷诱导人乳腺癌系MCF-7细胞凋亡中的作用。方法:不同浓度白毛藤总苷作用于MCF-7细胞48 h后,荧光显微镜和流式细胞术法检测MCF-7细胞凋亡情况,Western印迹法及RT-PCR法检测survivin和bax基因表达量的变化。结果:白毛藤总苷能诱导MCF-7细胞凋亡,并且上调bax和降低survivin表达。结论:白毛藤总苷能促进MCF-7细胞凋亡,其机制可能与激活bax和抑制survivin表达有关。
