| 摘 要： | 目的:比较复方苦参注射液(岩舒注射液)联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效和生存质量的差异。方法:采用Cochrane系统评价的方法,检索万方医学文献数据库(1998-2010年),手工检索相关会议的论文集及相关试验的参考文献。评价纳入研究的方法学质量,提取有效数据,采用RevMan4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入11项临床随机对照研究(715例患者)。Meta分析结果显示:复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌的有效率、临床受益率、生活质量改善及减少III和IV级白细胞下降率均优于单纯化疗,其OR(95%CI)分别为1.66(1.22～2.26),2.15(1.23～3.76),2.73(1.77～4.22)和0.39(0.26～0.59)。出版偏倚分析倒漏斗图两侧基本对称;失效安全数分析若P=0.05,Nfs0.05=30例;若P=0.01,Nfs0.01=9例。结论:本研究结果倾向复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗进展期非小细胞肺癌在近期疗效、生活质量改善方面优于单纯化疗,今后有必要开展高质量的多中心、大样本、随机、双盲临床试验进一步验证。
