| 摘 要： | 目的:评价通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎的安全性和有效性。方法:采用随机、双盲、多中心、优效性检验的方法,以辛芩颗粒为对照药物。符合入选标准的过敏性鼻炎患者随机分至试验组和对照组,试验组服用通窍鼻炎胶囊,对照组服用辛芩颗粒,疗程20 d,治疗前后依据主要症状的积分变化来判定疗效。结果:共入组266例,试验组177例,对照组89例。试验组总有效率为91.48%,优于对照组总有效率(84.09%)(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎属肺气虚寒(卫表不固)复感风邪证优于辛芩颗粒,安全性方面与辛芩颗粒相当。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tongqiao Biyan capsules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A multicenter,randomized,double-blind,superiority trial was conducted.A total of 266 patients were included and allocated to trial(Tongqiao Biyan capsules) and control(Xinqin granules) groups.The duration of treatment was 20 days.The main symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Unexpected symptoms and abnormal laboratory results were recorded during treatment and follow-up periods... |
