摘    要:大黄主要化学成分有蒽醌及其苷类、蒽酮及其苷类、二苯乙烯类、多糖类、鞣质类等;研究表明大黄主要有调节胃肠功能、抗炎和抗病原微生物、保护心脑血管、抗肿瘤、保肝利胆及抗衰老等药理作用。文中对近年来国内外有关大黄化学成分与药理作用的研究作一综述。

Abstract:Rhubarb is a very important traditional Chinese medicine,which has various types of chemical constituents and pharmacological actions.Based on searching domestic and foreign documents,this paper systematically summarized the chemical compositions and pharmacological actions of Rhubarb.The main compositions from Rhubarb are anthraquinones and their glycosides,anthrones and their glycosides,stilbenes,saccharides,tannins and so on.The researches have shown that Rhubarb has the regulating effects on gastrointes...
