| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨金欣口服液含药血清对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染细胞早期凋亡及Bcl-2和BaxmRNA表达的影响。方法:采用细胞培养、血清药理学、流式细胞术和RT-PCR等实验技术检测金欣口服液含药血清抗RSV,影响细胞早期凋亡作用途径的变化。结果:RSV感染人胚肺成纤维细胞(HELF)12和24 h后细胞凋亡率均低于未感染细胞对照组(P<0.05),RSV攻击宿主细胞24 h后,Bcl-2 mRNA表达量下降,Bax mRNA表达量上升,但不足2倍增长。金欣口服液作用后,凋亡率明显高于病毒组(P<0.05),Bcl-2 mRNA表达量下降,Bax mRNA表达量上升≤0.5。结论:金欣口服液在RSV感染早期,可能通过调控凋亡相关基因拮抗其抑制细胞凋亡的作用,从而影响进入细胞内的病毒复制增殖的过程,阻止病毒的扩散。
