| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床药师在心内科参与药物治疗的临床思维及药学监护切入点。方法:结合临床药师深入心血管内科参与制定复杂患者用药方案等工作,总结开展药学服务的内容、方法和体会。结果与结论:临床药师的药学思维能力得到显著提高,可为临床提供多种形式的药学服务,以期药物应用更加安全和有效。
