| 摘 要： | 自从2007年糖尿病指南颁布3年以来,在糖尿病防治研究领域陆续完成了一系列重要研究,这些研究结论为糖尿病防治注入了大量新信息。在此背景下,对2007版糖尿病指南进行了再评价,并重新评估了常用糖尿病药物在糖尿病治疗治疗中的地位。文中结合《2010年中国2型糖尿病防治指南(讨论稿)》对各类糖尿病药物作用特点做一简要介绍。
