临床药师参与泛耐药菌肺部感染治疗

目的:探讨中药辅助抗菌药物治疗泛耐药菌肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:对曾使用过多种抗菌药物治疗>7 d无效,并经连续3次以上合格痰标本培养后确诊为相同泛耐药菌株的23例肺部感染住院患者,采用具清热祛痰、补中益气功效且含有消除耐药质粒的中药方剂辅助抗菌药物治疗;对于鲍曼不动杆菌感染者,采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦联合米诺环素治疗;对于铜绿假单胞菌感染者,采用美罗培南治疗。结果:痊愈7例,有效9例,好转1例,无效6例,总有效率为73.91%。治疗前后临床症状、实验室检查得到显著改善。结论:具清热祛痰,补中益气功效且含有消除耐药质粒的中药方剂结合适宜的抗菌药物可以治疗泛耐药菌肺部感染。

Clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment of pan-drug-resistant pulmonary infection
