中西医结合治疗脂肪性肝病的认识与思考

脂肪性肝病作为一种临床综合征或独立性疾病,是指病理上病变主体在肝小叶,以肝细胞大泡性脂肪变性和脂肪贮积为主的广泛疾病谱,包括单纯性脂肪性肝病、脂肪性肝炎、脂肪性肝硬化3种主要类型;临床上则有酒精性脂肪性肝病和非酒精性脂肪性肝病之分。中西医结合治疗脂肪性肝病的临床效果肯定,值得推广。本文就中西医结合对脂肪性肝病的认识、诊断、施治等方面做一综述。
