| 摘 要： | 目的:评价联合应用马来酸曲美布汀与美常安胶囊对腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀200 mg,tid;治疗组同时加用美常安胶囊500 mg,tid。两组疗程均为4周。观察患者的症状、大便次数、大便性状。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为73.33%(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后缓解腹泻、腹痛症状优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美常安联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗肠易激综合征有效。
