| 摘 要： | 文中通过研究我国中药炮制技术知识产权保护的现行法律政策状况及企业现状,从知识产权意识、法律环境等方面分析中药炮制技术保护不力的原因,提出如何运用知识产权制度保护中药的课题,从强化意识、建立综合知识产权保护体系、参与制定国际规则等方面探讨中药炮制技术知识产权保护对策,以期为振兴民族医药工业有所帮助.
