摘    要:目的分析中药甘松的挥发油成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)结合化学计量学分辨法对甘松挥发油成分进行定性分析,对重叠峰和包埋峰采用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)和选择离子法(SIA)进行分辨,同时计算各组分的程序保留指数(PTRI),用NIST质谱库对解析后的纯组分进行定性。结果定性分析出69种化学成分,占总含量的93.98%。结论GC-MS法结合化学计量学分辨法比单用GC-MS法定性结果更加准确、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil in Nardostachys chinensis Batal rhizome.Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with chemometric technology were used for qualitative analysis of the volatile oil from Nardostachys chinensis Batal.Heuristic evolving latent projections(HELP)and selective ion analysis(SIA)were used to resolve the overlapping peaks and the embedded peaks in chromatograms and the temperature-programmed retention index(PTRI)for assistant identification was employed.Finally the pure components were qualitatively analyzed by NIST mass spectrum library.Results A total of 69 compounds which accounted for 93.98%in the essential oil of Nardostachys chinensis Batal were identified.Conclusion The results showed that GC-MS combined with chemometrics method is more accurate and reliable than GC-MS alone.
