依托执业药师数据助力执业药师管理

目的：促进执业药师队伍良好发展，为执业药师政策制定提供参考。方法：通过对2019年安徽省执业药师注册相关数据进行统计分析，探讨执业药师管理存在的问题，提供可行性建议。结果与结论： 安徽省执业药师人数已经满足现有药品零售企业的需要，执业药师队伍得到较快发展，但是，执业药师在注册、药学服务、继续教育、在岗履职等方面仍存在不足，建议加强政策导向，积极调动从事药学服务领域的其他执业药师注册执业，开展规范化、多样化教育，探索执业药师晋升机制，开启注册前后监管模式。

Elevating Licensed Pharmacist Management Based on Licensed Pharmacist Data

Objective: To promote good development of licensed pharmacist teams, and to put forward some constructive suggestions for the policy formulation of licensed pharmacists. Methods: Through the statistical analysis of the data related to the registration of licensed pharmacists in Anhui province in 2019, this article discusses the problems existing in the management of licensed pharmacists and provides feasible suggestions. Results and Conclusion: The number of licensed pharmacists in Anhui province has met the needs of the existing retailing pharmacies. While the licensed pharmacists team has made quick development, there are still deficiencies in registration, pharmaceutical service, continuing education and on-the-job duty. It is necessary to strengthen policy orientation, encourage other licensed pharmacists to work on the field of pharmaceutical care, carry out normalized and diversified education, explore the promotion system for licensed pharmacists, and start the mode of before-after registration supervision.
