大剂量维生素C联合罗红霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效

摘    要:目的分析大剂量维生素C联合罗红霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的疗效。方法将90例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为受试对象,进行编码后利用信封法均分为常规组和联合组,各45例。常规组给予常规治疗+罗红霉素治疗,联合组给予常规治疗+罗红霉素+大剂量维生素C治疗。对比2组症状好转时间和住院时间,治疗前后血清炎症因子水平和气道高反应性变化、临床疗效、不良反应及心肌损害发生率。结果联合组发热、咳嗽、头痛、咽痛好转时间和住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平和最大呼气流量(PEF)变异率均降低,联合组血清炎症因子水平和最大PEF变异率均低于常规组(P<0.05);2组临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组临床总有效率(CTER)明显高于常规组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;联合组心肌损害发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采用大剂量维生素C联合罗红霉素能够促进症状好转,缩短住院时间,控制血清炎症因子水平和气道高反应...

Abstract:Objective To analyze on the efficacy of high-dose vitamin C combined with roxithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods Ninety children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were equally divided into routine group(45 cases)and combined group(45 cases)by envelope method after coding.The routine group received routine treatment plus roxithromycin treatment.The combined group received routine treatment plus roxithromycin plus high-dose vitamin C treatment.The symptom improvement and hospitalization time,serum inflammatory factors and airway hyper-responsiveness before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and incidences of myocardial damage were compared between the 2 groups.Results The improvement time of fever,cough,headache,pharyngalgia and hospitalization time in the combined group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and maximum expiratory flow(PEF)variability rates of the 2 groups were decreased,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors and maximum PEF variability rate of combined group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy distribution between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate(CTER)of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups.The incidence of myocardial damage in the combined group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose vitamin C combined with roxithromycin can improve symptoms,shorten hospitalization time,and control the serum levels of inflammatory factors and airway hyper-responsiveness in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,the clinical effect is ideal and safe,and it can also prevent myocardial damage.
