| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨主动脉夹层患者术前血压控制的护理经验。方法：回顾性分析了我院2007年1月至2008年1月收治的91例主动脉夹层患者血压控制的护理措施。结果：本组病例通过密切的观察和护理，获得了较好的治疗效果。结论：主动脉夹层患者术前血压控制的过程中，应密切观察，综合分析，采取镇静、止痛、扩血管等措施，才能有效地控制血压，为下一步治疗赢得时间和机会。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinician nursing experience of aortic dissection in preoperative patients with the treatment of blood pressure control. Methods： From January 2007 to January 2008, ninety-one patients underwent nursing intervention of aortic dissection in preoperative patients with the treatment of blood pressure control with retrospective analysis. Results：All cases in this group obtain content treatment effectiveness by close observation and nursing care. Conclusion ： In the treatment of blood pressure control for aortic dissection in preoperative patients, it is important to regulate blood pressure by close observation, comprehensive analysis and conscious sedation, analgesia, pressure release etc. Opportunity was obtained for followed treatment. |
