| 摘 要： | 目的了解获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用自编一般情况问卷、症状自评量表、应付方式问卷对127名获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员和150名非获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员,进行问卷调查,将结果进行对照研究,并分析心理健康的影响因素。结果获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员的人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁和躯体化因子得分均高于常模（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,人际关系敏感和焦虑得分与非获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其应对方式在求助因子得分上明显低于非获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员（P〈0.05）,心理健康的主要影响因素为女性、自责、求助和年龄。结论获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员的心理健康状况存在一定问题,女性、自责、求助、年龄是获得性免疫缺陷综合征防疫人员心理健康的主要影响因素。
