| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾健脾活血利水方治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组:治疗组和对照组均口服泼尼松治疗,治疗组在口服泼尼松的基础上予补肾健脾活血利水中药汤剂口服。治疗前及治疗60d后,测定2组的24h尿蛋白量、血清白蛋白、血脂水平。结果:治疗后2组24h尿蛋白、血脂水平均明显下降,血清白蛋白上升,但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肾病综合征疗效较好,在泼尼松治疗基础上口服补肾健脾活血利水中药能增强其疗效。
