| 摘 要： | 拟从影响哮喘动物白细胞介素4、5(IL-4,IL-5)的角度探讨辛苍合剂对支气管哮喘的作用机理。先采用卵蛋白腹腔注射致敏加雾化激发建立小鼠哮喘动物模型,后采用腹腔注射辛苍合剂治疗。设立辛苍合剂治疗组,正常组和模型组。治疗一周末用ELISA法检测IL-4、5。结果:正常组IL-4、5均低于模型组(P<0.05);辛苍合剂治疗组IL-5低于模型组(P<0.05),同正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),辛苍合剂治疗组IL-4的浓度同哮喘组比较差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由此提示辛苍合剂可以降低哮喘小鼠血清IL-5。

| Abstract: | To study the mechanism of "XinCang Mixture" on serum IL-4 and IL-5 in asthma mice,asthma model was established by sensitizing and challenging BALB/c mice with ovalbumin. "XinCang Mixture" was given by abdominal injection to all mice. One week later,the serum was taken to measure the levels of IL-4 and IL-5. Results: The levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were lower in normal group than in model group (P < 0. 05); the levels of IL-5 were lower in treatment group than in model group (P < 0. 05) ;but there was no difference between the treatment and normal groups (P >0. 05). It is revealed that "XinCang Mixture" can reduce the levels of IL-5 in asthma mice. |
