从抗洪医疗保障谈医院的应急救援工作

从１９９８年长江抗洪抢险医疗保障的特点和实施情况出发，结合医院应急救援工作实际，提出了医院应急救援工作的实施要求与亟待解决的问题。指出医院必须高度重视救援工作，健全组织，建立严格的应急救援网络和救援预案；增加专项投入；更新救援装备，强化应急救援的技术、战术训练，切实做到人员、装备、物资、技术准备充分，平战结合，常备不懈，灵活机动，快速反应；同时还应大力开展救援医学研究，不断提高应急救援能力和水平。

A discussion on the first aid from the point of view of medical care rendered in flood fighting

The viewpoints related to the problems of the first aid were put forward from the experience of fighting against the Yangtze River flood in 1998 and from the point of view of the hospital ability in the first aid. The hospital authority must highly pay attention to the emergency rescue responsibility focusing on personnel training and organization and to have more financial inverstment to set up a well first aid network.The equipment and technology should be up dated for this purpose.Strategic training and technical preparation must be ready for emergency calls and instant response is required at all times around.Finally,medical research should also be carried out to ceaselessly improve the potentiality of hospital first aid ability.
