心脑卒中18例临床分析

目的探讨心脑卒中的临床特点、可能发病机理 ,指导临床早期诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析急性心肌梗塞伴发脑血管意外患者18例。结果18例患者中13例发生各种不同的心律失常 ,5例发生不同程度的低血压。经治疗3例死亡 ,15例存活。结论心脑卒中的发病与动脉硬化、心梗后血流动力学改变等有关 ,对于心梗患者在早期诊断及治疗中如做到心脑并重 ,可以减少临床漏诊率 ,从而减少并发症 ,降低死亡率

Clinical analysis of 18 cases of acute myocardial infarction and cerebral apoplexy

Objective To investigate clinical character of acute myocardial infarction and cerebral apoplexy and the possible pathogenesis and to direct the subclinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods Retrospective study 18 cases of acute myocardial infarction accompany with cerebral apoplexy.Results 13 cases with cardiac arrhythmia and 5 cases with hypotension were observed, among the patients 3 died, 15 were alive. Conclusion The episode of acute myocardial infarction and cerebral apoplexy are associated with atherosclerosis and change of blood dynamic after acute myocardial infarction. If emphasis is on both acute myocardial infarction and cerebral apoplexy in diagnosis and therapy in acute myocardial infarction patients, the rate of missed diagnosis can depress and the complications and mortality reduce.
