慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血MDSCs比例初步研究

目的探讨髓源性抑制性细胞（MDSCs）与慢性乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染之间的相关关系。方法筛选30例慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者和14例健康体检者,采集其外周血,采用流式细胞术检测分析MDSCs频率,同时对病例组血清标本采用时间分辨免疫荧光分析法（TRFIA）检测HBV血清标志物。结果慢性乙型肝炎组MDSCs频率2.10%（1.23%~3.30%）]显著高于健康对照组0.54%（0.43%~0.76%）]（P〈0.01）;HBsAg高含量组的MDSCs频率3.30%（2.40%~5.30%）]显著高于低含量组1.20%（0.90%~1.60%）]（P〈0.01）;不同HBeAg含量间MDSCs频率的差异无统计学意义。结论CHB患者外周血MDSCs频率显著高于健康对照组,而且MDSCs频率与HBsAg含量有关。提示CHB患者外周血中MDSCs募集增多,从而介导机体免疫耐受机制,参与乙型肝炎慢性迁延的病理过程。

Association of myeloid-derived suppressor cells and chronic hepatitis B

Objective To study the association between myloid-derived suppressor cells（MDSCs）and chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 30 chronic hepatitis B（CHB）patients and 14 healthy controls were selected,peripheral blood samples were collected and their MDSCs were analyzed by flow cytometry.The serum markers of HBV were evaluated by TRFIA.Results CHB patients presented a higher percentage of circulating MDSCs at 2.10%（1.23%-3.30%）comparing to that in healthy controls at 0.54%（0.43%-0.76%）（P0.01）.CHB patients with high level of HBsAg presented more circulating MDSCs of 3.30%（2.40%-5.30%）than that in healthy control group at 1.20%（0.90%-1.60%）（P0.01）.There is no significant difference of MDSCs among CHB patients at different HBeAg status.Conclusions The frequency of MDSCs in CHB patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls,and the higher the HBsAg,the higher the percentage of MDSCs.
