提高癌症晚期患者静脉穿刺成功率的研究

通过对20例癌症晚期、末稍循环衰竭患者输血前后静脉穿刺回血情况的对比及动物实验,认为重危患者穿刺成功率低的原因是血管不充盈,弹性差,血液对血管壁的压力小,使进针时回血慢;反复多次使用的血管回血慢、一针成功率低的原因是血管壁纤维化增厚,针尖未进入管腔而停留在管壁上。恢复血管弹性,保护血管可提高穿刺成功率。

Study on raising the successful rate of venipuncture in patients with late cancer disease

Venipunctrue in 20 patients with late cancer associated with ending circulation failure were studied.The lower successful rate of venipuncture was due to the fibrosis thickening and poor elasticity of vascular wall, dissatisfactory vascular dilatation, and low blood pressure on vascular wall, dissatisfactory vascular dilatation, and low blood pressure on vascular wall which made the " backflow of the blood " delayed and maintained the pinpoint outside the veinous cavity.The author concluded that preserving and regaining vascular elasticity can raise successful rate of venipuncture.
