氩激光光凝对视网膜分支静脉阻塞预后的影响

摘    要:为探讨氩激光光凝对视网膜分支静脉阻塞预后的影响,随机选择23例(23只眼)经一般药物和氩激光光凝治疗(光凝组),16例(16只眼)给予一般药物而未予光凝治疗(对照组),比较分析其视力预后、眼底检查及眼底荧光血管造影的改变。结果,光凝组与对照组的视力预后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。光凝组促进眼底出血吸收的有效率(91%)较对照组(62%)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。光凝组大部分毛细血管无灌注区封闭而无扩大;对照组大部分无灌注区有扩大。说明光凝治疗对视网膜分支静脉阻塞的视力预后影响不大,但可以促进眼底出血吸收,封闭毛细血管无灌注区,从而预防新生血管的形成。

Abstract:he purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of argon laser photocoagulation on prognosis of branch retinal vein occlusion. 39 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 23 cases (23 eyes) of branch retinal vein occlusion were treated with commonly used drugs and argon laser photocoagulation as photocoagulation group and 16 cases (16 eyes) treated with drugs alone as control group. The prognosis of visual acuity, fundus examination and fundus fluorescein angiography of the two groups were compared statistically. Results: There was no significant difference in prognosis of visual acuity between the two gruoups (P>0 05). The effective rate of improvement in absorption of retinal hemorrhage was significantly higher in photocoagulation group(21/23 vs. 10/16, P<0.05). Most of the nonperfusion areas covered over by laser photocoagulation and did not enlarged. Conclusion: Photocoagulation treatment does not affect significantly the prognosis of visual acuity in branch retinal vein occlusion, but may improve the absorption of retinal hemorrhage, cover over areas of nonperfusion and prevent neovascularization.
