| 摘 要： | 静脉穿刺是抢救与治疗小儿烧伤的常用手段之一。通过对437例3岁以下烧伤患儿的静脉穿刺经验的探讨，发现静脉穿刺成功与操作自身、患儿以及家长的心理因素有关系。介绍了静脉的选择与穿刺方法等。

| Abstract: | Venipuncture is a common method used to rescue and treat burned child. Venipuncture was performed in 437 burned childs aged less than 3. The results showed that the success of venipuncture was related to psychic factors of the performers , the child patients and their parents. The choice of the vein and the method of puncture are introduced. The methods have proved to have good effects in clinical application. |
