| 摘 要： | 目的：研究E-钙粘蛋白（E-cad）在胃癌中的表达，并探讨它在胃癌浸润、转移中的作用。方法：应用免疫组化检测36例胃癌标本中肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中E-cad的表达，并进行回顾性随访。结果：E-cad在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率（72．2％）显著低于癌旁组织（91．7％）（P〈0．05）。E-cad的阳性表达与胃癌分化程度相关（P〈0．05）。结论：E-cad的异常表达在胃癌的发生中起着重要作用，参与了胃癌的浸润、转移过程；E-cad可能是预测胃癌患者临床预后的有用标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of eptithelial cadherin(E-cad)in gastric carcinoma,and to study its effect in invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.Methods:The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of E-cad in 36 patients with gastric carcinoma.Results:The positive expression rate of E-cad(72.2%)in gastric carcinoma was lower than that in paracarcinoma mucosa(91.7%)(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between the positive expression and differentiation degree of E-cad(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of E-cad plays an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma,and is involved in invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.E-cad may be the useful marker to predict the clinical prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma. |
