摘    要:目的:评价B型超声在早孕合并高危因素人工流产术中的安全性、可靠性。方法:回顾性分析了早孕合并高危因素受术者365例,B型超声引导下人工流产术162例为观察组,选择同期常规人工流产术203例作为对照组,比较两组术中术后并发症情况。结果:观察组平均手术时间2.8±1.3min,平均术中出血量5.3±2.4ml,人工流产综合征12例,发生率7.41%,术中术后并发症13例,发生率8.02%;对照组平均手术时间5.5±1.1min,平均术中出血量10.6±2.2ml,人工流产综合征29例,发生率14.29%,术中术后并发症43例,发生率21.18%,两组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:B型超声引导下对早孕合并高危因素行人工流产术准确安全可靠,副作用小,临床值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the usefulness of B - ultrasonic in early pregnancy artificial abortion surgery with high risk factors. Methods: Early pregnancy 365 cases with high risk factors were chosen as samples. 162 cases artificial abortion in B - ultrasonic were chosen as test group. The other 203 cases were chosen as control group. Results: The mean operation dura-tion of test group and control group were 2. 8±1. 3 minutes and 5. 5±1. 1 minutes, respectively. The mean bleeding volume were 5. 3±2. 4ml and 10. 6±2. 2ml, respectively. The incidence of the artificial abortion syndrome and symptom during and after operation were 7. 41% , 8. 02% and 14. 29% , 21. 18% , respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: It is much safer for B - ultrasonic induction of artificial abortion in early pregnancy with high risk fac-tors.
