湖南江华瑶族自治县艾滋病防治健康教育效果

目的对江华县开展艾滋病防治健康教育进行效果评价。方法针对不同人群采取不同形式开展健康教育,随机选取400名企业职工,400名社区居民,400名娱乐场所从业人员(CSW),800名学生,调查分析健康教育前后的艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为(KAP)。结果企业职工、社区居民、CSW、学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率分别从健康教育前的60%、40%、30%、70%提高到85%、80%、80%、95%;艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)的接受率有较大提高,对艾滋病朋友的态度及性观念均有较大改善。结论开展艾滋病防治健康教育对提高大众艾滋病防治知识,转变不良观念和改变高危行为具有一定的效果。

Effectiveness of Health Education on HIV/AIDS-related Knowledge,Attitude,and Performance in Janghua Yao Autonomous County,Hunan

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health education on HIV/AIDS - related knowledge, attitude, and performance （KAP） in Jianghua Yao Autonomous County. Methods Health education was performed among the different groups with different modes. 400 enterprise employees, 400 community residents, 400 CS workers, and 800 students were randomly selected to investigate HIV/AIDS- related KAP before and after health education. Results After carrying out health education, the knowledge awareness rates of enterprise employees, community residents, CSW, and students increased from 60%, 40%, 30%, and 70% to 85%, 80%, 80%, and 95%, respectively. The acceptance rate of voluntary counseling testing （VCT） was improved significantly, the attitude to HIV positive friends and sexual attitudes were greatly im- proved too. Conclusions Developing HIV/AIDS health education has a certain effect on improving people＇s knowledge about AIDS prevention and control, altering negative attitudes, and changing high- risk behaviors.
